The funding, led by Saudi Arabia’s National Industrial Development Centre (NIDC), is part of the Kingdom’s broader initiative to localize advanced industries and strengthen its manufacturing sector.
The investment will enable Simplex to establish a state-of-the-art CNC machine manufacturing facility in Riyadh, marking a significant milestone in the company’s regional expansion.

Founded in 2013 by Ahmed Shaaban, Mohamed Mansour, and Amr Mahmoud, Simplex has built a strong reputation as a leading provider of industrial solutions for manufacturers across multiple industries.
