Saudi Investment Fuels Industrial Growth

Founded in 2013 by Ahmed Shaaban, Mohamed Mansour, and Amr Mahmoud, Simplex has built a strong reputation as a leading provider of industrial solutions for manufacturers across multiple industries. The company’s decision to expand into Saudi Arabia aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 strategy, which aims to diversify the economy and enhance local manufacturing capabilities.

The new facility, spanning 20,000 square meters, will be dedicated to producing advanced CNC machines and is expected to start operations in the first quarter of 2026. The investment not only strengthens Saudi Arabia’s industrial infrastructure but also positions Simplex as a key player in the global CNC machine market.

A Strategic Move for Simplex

During the official signing ceremony, Eng. Ahmed Shaaban, Chairman of Simplex CNC, expressed his appreciation for Saudi support. He stated: “We are grateful for the significant support provided by the Saudi National Industrial Development Centre, which reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to enhancing the industrial sector. This factory represents a major step towards our vision of expanding into regional and global markets.”

Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer Mohamed Mansour highlighted that the new facility would serve as a strategic hub for manufacturing and exporting CNC machines worldwide. “Saudi Arabia is a promising market and a crucial gateway for global expansion. This factory will help us meet the growing demand for CNC machines and strengthen our international presence.”

Driving Economic Growth and Innovation

The establishment of Simplex’s first Saudi-based factory is expected to contribute significantly to the Kingdom’s industrial landscape. The company aims to:

  • Enhance local production capacity of advanced CNC machines
  • Generate new job opportunities in the manufacturing sector
  • Increase Saudi Arabia’s exports of high-tech industrial products

Simplex’s expansion into Saudi Arabia reinforces the Kingdom’s position as a leading regional industrial hub and supports its long-term vision to reduce dependence on oil revenues.

As Simplex continues its global journey, the new manufacturing facility in Riyadh will be a key driver of innovation, setting new industry standards and further cementing the company’s influence in the CNC machine manufacturing sector.
