Partnership Announcement
Hala was founded in 2019 as a joint venture between Careem and the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai. The company has now signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MwaslaTech.
The agreement was signed at Hala’s headquarters in Dubai. Senior executives Khaled Nuseibeh, CEO of Hala, and Yasser Sedky, CEO of MwaslaTech, attended the signing ceremony.
