The Egypt Entrepreneur Awards (EEA) takes the lead as the pioneering platform that acknowledges and brings together the most innovative and accomplished entrepreneurs in Egypt. Recently, the competition made an exciting announcement by revealing the 35 nominees who have been shortlisted. In its third edition, the event received an impressive response, with 286 applications from entrepreneurs across 11 award categories.
Amr Mansi, EEA’s founder, and CEO, commended the finalists’ remarkable qualities. At the shortlisting ceremony, their innovative prowess and profitability shone through, leaving a profound mark on their industries. These were the qualities that differentiated them from others.
“We created this platform three years ago with a mission to recognize local and now regional entrepreneurs in a way that acknowledges their journey to success in a way that has not been done before. Through challenging times, these entrepreneurs have shown resilience and created real value for their industries in innovative and tangible ways, such as product market fit, growth, financial stability, and social impact. They are an unseen force contributing to this economy and a source of inspiration for the next generation of entrepreneurs.” Mansi stated.
EEA introduces the “Ideation Competition”! In partnership with MINT EGBANK, it invites young entrepreneurs aged 18–29 to present their innovative ideas. The winner will be selected based on clarity, usability, scalability, and impact on Egypt’s society, environment, economy, or financial benefits for stakeholders. Excitingly, this year’s edition includes new categories: “Next Gen Intrapreneur of the Year,” “Rising Entrepreneur of the Year,” “Entrepreneur for Good Award,” and “From Art to Business.”
