UAE-based startup Omniful has raised $5.85 million in seed funding to expand its supply chain and e-commerce management platform across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The funding round was led by VentureSouq and includes investments from major firms like 500 Global, Jahez Group, and Hala Ventures.
Founded in 2021, Omniful offers an integrated software solution to help retailers, brands, and logistics companies manage complex omnichannel operations. Its platform combines order management, warehouse management, and delivery management tools to unify supply chain processes.
“With consumers expecting quicker deliveries and personalized service, brands need technology to keep up,” said Omniful CEO Mostafa Abolnasr. “Our platform helps merchants gain efficiencies, ensure on-time delivery, and retain more customers.”
Early clients using Omniful’s software include flagship Saudi retailers like Panda, Spar, and Sadhan. Third-party logistics providers like Ollkom, Safe Choice, and UWC have also adopted Omniful to better serve e-commerce clients.
The new funding will support expansion into more MENA territories. Omniful currently operates R&D from India and has teams across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The next priority markets include Egypt, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar.
The seed round underscores rising investor confidence in the Middle East’s rapidly growing, $50 billion e-commerce sector. Omniful’s platform directly enables the digital transformation of traditional retail and logistics enterprises across the region. Its growth also promises more seamless omnichannel commerce experiences for MENA consumers.
