Saudi Arabia demonstrated significant strides in its entrepreneurial environment, evidenced by its National Entrepreneurship Context Index score rising from 5.0 in 2019 to 6.3 in both 2022 and 2023. This reflects the nation’s successful endeavors to diversify its economy and cultivate a conducive climate for entrepreneurship. Particularly noteworthy is the increased participation of women in entrepreneurship, with eight women initiating new businesses for every 10 men in 2023.

Additionally, the UAE has emerged as the premier global destination for launching and conducting new business ventures, surpassing numerous advanced economies. Notably, it has secured the third position worldwide in terms of physical infrastructure, further solidifying its standing as an ideal hub for entrepreneurial endeavors.
