3. Get a trade license: To do business legally in the UAE, you need to get a permit from the Department of economic development. It is often advisable to work with a qualified agent because this process can be complicated, and a skilled agent or a law person can make it more accessible. 

4. Have enough capital: Starting a business is expensive therefore, you need to have enough money, and a contingency fund in case things are out having adequate cash on hand can help pay rent, handle payroll, and handle other operating expenses.
